My name is Jasmina 'MinaLo' Lopez. I am a first-generation North American immigrant. Nurtured by the homelands of Trinidad and Tobago and Panama, but my military-brat upbringing from Lawrence and Newport News have made me who I am. I currently reside in Washington, DC. I am committed to my community, my culture, and the elders who raised me. They won't be forgotten.
I am certain that our reflections reside in everyday people and everyone deserves to be seen.
